These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8jlvip ("8jlvip," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8jlvip online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at https://8jlvip.app (the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through 8jlvip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the 8jlvip Platform, including players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and all other locations in the Philippines where access to the Platform is permitted.
To register and use the 8jlvip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. 8jlvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8jlvip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If 8jlvip determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 8jlvip reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 8jlvip immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 8jlvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
8jlvip is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
8jlvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 8jlvip account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to be credited. 8jlvip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. 8jlvip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
You agree not to use the 8jlvip Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. Any deposits that 8jlvip reasonably suspects to be connected with illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.
8jlvip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 8jlvip Platform:
8jlvip reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the 8jlvip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of 8jlvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8jlvip Platform without the prior written consent of 8jlvip. Unauthorized use of 8jlvip intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8jlvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
8jlvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 8jlvip reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the players' accounts.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8jlvip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
8jlvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

8jlvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for verified funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any fraud investigation. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 8jlvip support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
8jlvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
